 Animate a Path Around The Character In After Effects:

hi friends welcome back to my other after effects tutorial.
today i am going to create this.
Before begin,dont forget to subscribe my channel below.
and give this tutorial a big thumbs up.
lets jump into after effects.
Open after effects and double click on project panel.
select this footage.
and press import.
drag and drop this footage to timeline.
lets see the preview once.
cool.
now need solid layer for particles.
right click on timeline, new, solid.
here i renamed it as particular.
and press ok.
now go to effect in menu bar and select particular in
trapcode.
cool.
lets change some setting here.
first of all i need to animate this x y position.
click on x y position stopwatch for keyframes.
here i animate x y position point like this.
cool.
now select all these keyframes and press f9 for easy ease.
lets see the preview once.
ok.
lets increase the particles for second to 300.
velocity value to 0.
go to bottom and
change particle life to 1 in particle.
increse the size value to 10.
next go to size over life and modify the path like this.
then go to opacity over life and modify the path like this.
go to effects and presets and search for glow effect.
apply it on particular layer.
lets see the preview once.
perfect.
now the time to create a mask to send this path behind the
moving character.
select the footage layer and press control d for duplicate.
and grab this duplicate layer to top.
hide this layer and select pen tool.
time to create mask path like this.
now unhide this mask layer.
cool.
lets animate this mask path like this.
increase mask feather to 20 on both masks.
now the time for preview and final result.
